Email correspondence is kept for up to two years. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Retention for each service is set out in that service's own policy.

Our student-facing services involve participants who are usually minors, and each of those services explains in its own policy how parental consent is obtained and what information is collected. This company website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.
